It’s been a long time since I bought a wrestling DVD but there’s always that rare occasion when I do and this is one of them.

I saw that Smart Mark Video was distributing a best of Maria Manic from her days in H20 Wrestling. I’m familiar with her work in H20. Her match with Mickie Knuckles, and Terra Calaway from Sweet Dreams (2018) was one of my favorite matches from last year. And I’m glad it’s added to this DVD set.

Speaking of this set, it’s two disc with a shoot interview from Maria on disc one with matches, and the matches continue on disc two. You get a lot of content.

All the matches you see listed are briefly talked about, some in great detail. But I enjoyed hearing how she transformed from this blonde Barbie type into the Maneater that we see today. She talks about getting a call from WWE, and her signing with Ring of Honor. That’s just some of the highlights, her interview offers so much more.

I’m pleased with my purchase, and hopefully we get more best of Maria Manic DVDs in the future. Maybe from other promotions, it doesn’t have to have an interview just a collection of matches.
